Reviewing my Tickets

You can see all opened tickets using the app. Please note that we won’t be able to provide an individual response to bug reports. If you don’t hear anything from us, that likely means we have all the information we need to continue investigating. If there’s something we need to ask that’ll help us solve the issue, then we may be in touch.

When submitting a report, we kindly ask that you complete one ticket per issue and try not to make duplicate tickets as this may slow down the review process.

If you want to know what the situation is with any problem that you have informed us:

  1. Tap  icon support on the lower menu.
  2. Tap Open a Help Request
  3. If you have active tickets, you will see a list of them. Tap on the ticket that you want to see. A screen appears with the status of the ticket.
