The TrustHab platform allows you to control the devices available in your new unit or location.
Once the lease signing process with the property manager is finished and the TrustHab Residents application is installed on your mobile device you can proceed with the activation/creation of an account.
To create a TrustHab account from the app:
- Once the app is opened. Tap “Accept Invitation”
- Enter your invitation code. If you received your TrustHab invitation via email the code can be found within the invitation. Your leasing agent may also have provided you with a code. ⁃ Tip: If you need a new Code you can request it via the app.
- Tap “Accept Invitation”
- Complete your personal data of the form. Select your preferred language and temperature unit. Tap “Next”
- Enter and confirm your password. Tap “Next”. Note: For security reasons you need to enter the e-mail address that you used at the time of creation of your account. Failing to do so will result in your account being blocked.
- Accept the Term & Conditions. Tap “ACCEPT” to finish
