Reset Password

If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it using your registered email address. If you’re not able to reset your password this way, you need to contact your property manager for additional help.

To reset your password:

  1. Open the TrustHab Residents app. On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password”.
  2. Enter the email address that was provided at the time of lease signing.
  3. Enter your password reset code that you received via email.
  4. Set your new password. Use a combination of at least 8 characters long. Make sure your password has at least one uppercase letter, one number and one symbol (like $ or %).
  5. Tap “Set Password” to finish.
