If the Installer Page entry in TrustHab for the device in question is currently paired for the entry you want to pair (either because you can see a Z-Wave NodeId on the screen or the button available to you is simply labelled ‘Unpair’ instead of ‘Pair’: Use the Installer Page to Unpair the device, however, when prompted to put a device in Exclusion Mode, ignore that step and allow the exclusion process to timeout. Upon timing out the User will be asked to ‘Finalize’ or ‘Continue’ the process at which time if the User selects to Finalize, the TrustHab platform will drop the NodeId from its known configuration which will allow the user to use the utility again to ‘Pair’ the device.
